PU INSOLES FOR COMFORT AND SUPPORT

SLIP RESISTANT

  1. Category SRA: Meets the requirements when footwear is tested on a clay tile surface which has been lubricated with a wetting agent (Sodium Laurel Sulphate).
  2. Category SRB: Meets the requirement when footwear is tested on a stainless steel surface which has been lubricated with oil (Glycerol).
  3. Category SRC: Meets both SRA and SRB requirements.

KEVLAR COMPOSITE TOE CAP

KEVLAR COMPOSITE TOE provides the highest degree of protection, while minimizing the discomfort.

CUSHY WALK

ACME ECO FRIENDLY MANUFACTURING INITIATIVE

Acme has upped the ante in its bid to preserve the environment with its ‘ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY MANUFACTURING INITIATIVE’, a unique project to recycle it’s industrial waste to manufacture reusable materials that are used in many of Acme’s shoes.

Acme has been recycling tonnes of raw material every month, reconfirming it’s commitment to environment friendly manufacturing practices.

The breakthrough came with the idea that the waste raw materials from various parts, that include leather, vamp lining, quarter lining, Insole, PU and foam, can be combined in a mixture with a base material that can then produce foam that is used in the shoe collar linings.

ROBOLINE TECHNOLOGY

Roboline is an Acme innovation, wherein the sole and the upper are robotically alligned with ultra-high precision to create an Unibody structure. This merger of the shoe sole and upper creates an equitable energy response across the entire shoe body ensuring great foot support. Moreover, the tech helps craft unique sole lines adding to the aesthetics of the shoe.

FOAMECULAR TECHNOLOGY

The radical new sole technology from Acme, Foamecular utilizes PU Foam as the inner layer of the sole to create a springy, cushioned ride. The foam cushions your foot against the impact of the step, before its molecular structure bounces back and returns the stored energy into your forward momentum.

Foamecular Tech is not just about ergonomics and comfort, the foam is highly resilient and adds to the durability of the sole.

KPU UPPERS

KPU is a revolutionary new Polyether chemical (PTMEG) that is used at Acme, through computer controlled laser-etching, to fashion interesting patterns and designs on the shoe upper, as of unheard in the realm of safety shoes.

KPU,in addition to enhancing the aesthetics, also adds to the fit and strength of the shoe. Renowned for its high tear and abrasion resistance, KPU also adds to the durability of the upper.

TPU INSERTS

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) Inserts in the shoe upper provide structural rigidity to the shoe, all while making your feet feel snug fit and supportive. The TPU cage also ensures secure lacing and better feet support.

Spriinngg Air Technology

Acme SPRIINNGG AiR Technology utilizes the latest advancements in structural technology, which coupled with the porous nature of PU creates a sole with a intelligent cushioning mechanism that promises the very best in comfort and safety.

Amphi Respiro

Amphi Respiro dramatically increases the ventilation performance of the shoe, especially under moist conditions. Amphirespiro is a breathable insert which provides respiratory capabilities to waterproof footwear such as rubber boots. With the outer frame designed from composite material, the core behind AmphiRespiro is the special internal membrane which breathes without losing its impermeability. AmphiRespiro is light in weight, long-lasting and can be made in various designs and colours.
