Order Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customers.

Returns/Refund Policy:

AcmeSafetyShop.com has the right to cancel the orders that we are unable to accept. We immediately inform the customer and update the status of the order placed on our website. Refund will be provided for orders that are canceled by AcmeSafetyShop.com.

15 Days Replacement Policy:

We back our products with 15 Days replacement policy and strive to help you make the best purchase. If you need to return a product for any reason, we have a hassle-free return policy for you. Return the product to AcmeSafetyShop.com within 15 Days from the date of product delivery under the 15 Days replacement policy. In case of returning products shipping cost both ways needs to be paid by the customer. Returns can be done in the following terms:

• 1.Only Products that do not fit due to a size mismatch or manufacturing defects are covered under our 15 Days replacement/exchange policy.
• 2.Our Quality Assurance department will check the returned product for damages. We shall not accept any damaged merchandise which indicate signs of wear & tear.
• 3.All products must be returned unused with its original price tags and labels.
• 4.Any non-factory defects and damages post-delivery to customers are not valid for replacements, and/or refunds.
• 5.A full refund will only be provided in the event that the same product is not available for replacement.
• 6.Note that taxes and duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable.
